• Organization, communication, and management of  the following vendors (payment reminders, appointment confirmation, contract review/possible negotiations, and communication with the Venue, Cater, Photographer, DJ/Band, Florist/ Event Designer, and Transportation

• Tactfully act as a guide and liaison between client, vendors and family

• Account for keepsake and brides personal items

• Rehearsal Management (1 and ½ hours)
