• 2 In person consultations (roughly 1 and ½ hours in length) upon booking, and 1 week prior

• Unlimited phone and email consultations

• Tactfully guide and direct family, guest and bridal party

• Ceremony management

• Account for keepsake and brides personal items

• Rehearsal Management (1 and ½ hours)

• Placement of client's items at reception

• Event Day of Time-Line

• Attendant and Family Time-Line

• Transportations Agenda

• Confirmation and vendor management

• Floral Distribution

• Distribution of Vendor Payments

• ­10 hour event day coordination  (determined during consultation)

• Handles any emergency that may arrive

• Any other appropriate duties requested by the couple
