• Primary planner and assistant (for more than 125 guest)

• 1 Consultation roughly 1 and ½ hours in length to take place two weeks prior to event day

• Unlimited phone and email consultations

• Tactfully guide and direct family, guest and bridal party

• Ceremony management

• Rehearsal Management (1 and ½ hours)

• Placement of client's items at reception

• Event Day of Time-Line

• Confirmation and vendor management

• Floral Distribution

• Distribution of Vendor Payments

• ­­8 hour event day coordination  (determined during consultation)

• Handles any emergency that may arise

• Any other appropriate duties requested by the couple
