• Up to 6 in person consultations as needed roughly 1 and ½ hours in length

• Serve as a reference, support system, honest educated opinion, and planning companion to client

• Apparel Referrals and Recommendations

• Vendor Recommendations and Meetings

• Management, communication, and organization of the following vendors (payment reminders, appointment confirmation, contract review/possible negotiations, and communication with the Venue, Cater, Ceremony site, Photographer, Videographer, Music, Favors, Entertainment, Florist/ Event Designer, Rental/Items, Accommodations, Transportation, Baker, Stationary, Attire, and other Vendors/Services

• Ceremony and Reception Configurations

• Tactfully act as a guide and liaison between client, vendors and family

• Assist/recommend invitation wording concept and layout

• Assistance and guidance with event RSVP's

• Assist with hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests

• Account for keepsake and brides personal items

• Rehearsal Management (1 and ½ hours)
